Hand harvested grapes were destemmed, then fermented and aged in large French oak barrels (32% new) for 9 months on the lees with regular bâtonnage

Here we have a South African version of a Bordeaux Blanc - Sauvignon Blanc blended with Semillon - and this one delivers the goods. Love the melon and stone fruit and that touch of spice. Oh so nice!
