Orders & Billing

Can I order more of a specific wine from my allocation if I love it?
Yes, if we have the inventory, you are welcome to as much of it as you’d like while supplies last, and you can use your Club discount!
Can I special order wine from Occasional Wine?
Yes. If you have a specific wine you would like and it’s not in our current inventory, simply email us at info@occasionalwine.com and we’ll do our best to procure it on your behalf.

Shipping & Returns

What is your shipping policy?
We ship to anywhere in the US, except for Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, South Dakota, Utah, and Vermont for a flat rate of $35. Purchases over $300 ship free. Shipping within 50 miles of Half Moon Bay, CA also ship free with no limitations.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. Apologies.
When do the wines ship?
Individual wine sales ship within 3 business days of your purchase, weather permitting. In extreme weather (summer months), we will hold your wine until it is safe to ship. Club Allocations ship in the Spring and Fall each year, usually April and October.
What are your Return and Exchange Policies?
We accept returns for defective wines only (e.g., shipping damage, cork taint). Please contact us if you encounter an issue and we're happy to work with you. We are happy to exchange unopened bottles of wine.

Club Membership

Can I customize my club allocations?
The allocations are set up for you to try wines from all over the world, so we hope you’ll enjoy them as is, but we absolutely can accommodate requests that align with your Club membership level price point (Select, Reserve, Grand Reserve)
Can I join more than one club concurrently?
Of course. Try all levels!
