Half the wine is oak aged for 12 months and half is aged in stainless steel tanks. The portion aged in oak goes through ageing (elevage) in two large 2,000 liter barrels. The wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation

We love the crispy freshness and salinity of Albariños, and this one does not disappoint in that department. But it brings so much more with fantastic minerality and a host of fruit from orange zest to pear and honey, all layered so brilliantly. What a treat!
