Bursting with aromas of beeswax, orange oil, oyster shell and dried white flowers, the 2019 Bourgogne Tonnerre Les Boutots is medium-bodied, satiny and incisive, with bright acids and chalky grip. It's a terrific value that's well worth seeking out.
