Grapes were destemmed then cold soaked for 2 weeks, and fermented in stainless steel before 9 months aging in French oak (60% new).

This is a rare occasion that we want to share a wine that is likely on your grocery store shelf, but we just love it and want to share it with you. This is our everyday Pinot. It never disappoints.
